Damien Pepper

Damien has been in the IT industry for over 25 years, so it’s safe to say this is undoubtedly his area of expertise. He spends most of his time advising businesses on how they should approach their technology needs by breaking down overwhelming ‘geek speak’ into understandable and straightforward English we all understand.  Damien is always looking for the next ‘big thing’ that could be the next technology solution for you and your business.

Jimmy Balwan

Jimmy is the ‘king’ of projects. He is often working with our customers to develop big projects that will upgrade their technology systems. Jimmy’s area of expertise is cloud computing. He has a high level of technical support, after all he has been in the IT industry for over 10 years so he certainly knows his way around a computer. Jimmy loves a challenge and is always up for solving a complex problem, so if you’ve got something that needs fixing put him up to the challenge.

Sanjeet Naidu

Sanjeet is involved in handling all aspects of IT – you name it, and he has probably dealt with it before. He has been around at DSP Electronics for quite a while now, so he is very familiar with our customers and their sites. Sanjeet is always eager to learn and try out something new. At DSP Electronics we put his expertise of phone programming and VOIP phone systems to work regularly. For phones – he is your guy.

Sherwin Halli

Sherwin in most cases will be your first point of contact on the phones. He often spends the day on the phone sorting out all those little hiccups that happen with technology, including password resets and granting user access. Sherwin can sort out any problem, or will find someone who can. He will dispatch urgent jobs to other technicians to making sure any issues are resolved ASAP. Be sure to listen out for Sherwin’s voice when you next call us.

Jordan Lumley

Jordan will usually be your first point of contact on the phones when you call. If Jordan cannot sort out a problem, he will find someone who can. He will dispatch urgent jobs to other technicians, making sure any issues are resolved ASAP.

Joanne Hyde

Joanne handles all aspects of accounting and can handle any queries or concerns you have in regards to accounts. Joanne spends a fair amount of time both taking and making phone calls. Be sure to say hi because she is always on for a chat. She is also responsible for registering and renewing domain names. Joanne doesn’t work on a Tuesday, so if you need her expertise then call any other day of the week and she’ll be able to help you out.

Jo Harlow

Jo is the one behind all the blog posts, emails and social media posts we put out. You’ll occasionally catch her picking up incoming calls and helping dispatch them to appropriate technicians. She loves creating graphics for DSP Electronics documents and posts to keep them fresh and engaging.
